Office Administration

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting mail
  • Filing and maintaining file systems
  • Preparing deposits for the bank
  • Maintaining product inventory
  • Preparing reports
  • Updating records to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or administrative role
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel as well as Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

$15 - $17 per hour depending on experience
